New to the Parish?

New Parishioner Registration

Interested in joining MMR parish? Are you new to the parish or an adult who was previously registered under your parents? Then this is what you can do to register here at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish.

1. Download and print a copy of the Pre-Registration Form by clicking HERE.
2. Complete all the fields related to yourself and anyone residing in your household. (Please print clearly)
3. If you have children, bring copies of the following certificates: Baptism, Communion and Confirmation
4. Call the parish office at 215-362-7400 to schedule your appointment. 
5. Remember to bring a copy of your prefilled Pre-Registration form along with any of the above requested documents to your appointment.
