Beta Club - Year End Trip Permission Form

The Beta Club is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America.  The Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Beta Club chapter invites new members in grades 6 & 7 and returning members in grade 8 to participate.

 The Beta club encourages:

  • Achievement

  • Character

  • Leadership

  • Service

 The criteria for admission will be as follows:

  • Student must achieve an "85" in all academic areas

  • Report card must be free of any checks

  • Student must maintain a "3" or "4" in all areas or attain principal's approval

  • Completed application

  • Faculty approval

  • Commendable attitude

 The Beta Club’s activities will be determined by its members and may include the following:

  • Attendance at monthly meetings

  • Maintain or improve academic level

  • Participate in activities

  • Service Projects
